What pests do you treat?

How long does a pest treatment take?
Most general pest treatments take between 1–2 hours, depending on the size of your property and the type of infestation.
How often should I get pest control done?
For the best protection we recommend a general pest treatment every 6–12 months, depending on your environment and pest activity.
What is covered in the 6-month warranty?
Our 6-month warranty covers re-treatment if pests covered under our general pest treatment package return within six months of your service.
Before & after your treatment
Do I need to leave my house during the treatment?
It depends on the treatment. For general pest treatments you can stay indoors, but for specific treatments like wasps or German cockroaches we may advise leaving temporarily.
How should I prepare my home before a visit?
Make sure we can access key areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and storage spaces. Remove any food from countertops and cover pet dishes or fish tanks.
How long before I clean after a treatment?
Avoid cleaning treated areas for at least 48 hours so the products have time to take full effect.
How soon will I see results?
You may notice reduced activity immediately, but full results usually appear within 1–2 weeks as pests come into contact with the treatment.
Will rain affect my outdoor treatment?
No — our external treatments are designed to stay effective after rain. In heavy rain or storms we’ll reschedule to get you the best result.
